What happened: SAR was dispatched to rescue a snowmobiler with a broken leg up Tibble Fork in American Fork Canyon. Due to the nature of his injury and his location, lifeflight was also dispatched. SAR teams were assembled to head up on snowmobiles and a tracked Side-by-side as a back up. Thankfully the snowmobiler was able to exit by himself with the help of fellow riders and SAR was not needed. All parties were off the mountain by 3:30pm.
